Changshu Azue Co.,Ltd is polyester staple fiber supplier. Our
factory production production lines in southern part of China,
mostly based in Jiangsu Province. Totally capacity is 3000MT/day.
One of main products is
0.9D/1.2D/1.4D/2D/2.5D*25MM/32MM/38MM/51MM white and black
virgin polyester staple fiber. Some is for spinning and needle
punching application for producing Nonwoven fabric . The uniquely
distributed and demanded one is for spunlace application.
The other main production is Low melt fiber 2-4D*51MM and Hollow
Conjugated fiber 3D/7D/15D*51MM/64MM. It is for cloth , quilt,
pillow, sofa . All these fiber is available all the time. We will
update the price frequently according to marketing price
MARKET COVERAGE
Our main market is from local market and Asian market. Like Korea,
Thailand, India ,Russia, Mexico and Turkey. But we no client from
Brazil and American previousely. Hope you will noted.
The short staple is widely used, and can be woven into fine thread,
thread end and felt, and even into fibrous layer in Nonwoven or
felt-making. It can also be used for making other materials, and
forming composite material together with other materials.
Polyester fiber, the most important synthetic fiber. It could be
used in traditional spinning technology and nonwovens. Its finished
product will be used in clothing materials and fabrics, automotive
interior, medical treatment and public health, filter material,
household decorations, civil engineering and other special
application.
